How do I play this game?

Playing is simple — just tap the spin button to spin the reels.  The Pays button shows the winning combinations and amounts for the machine you are playing.  Increase or decrease the amount of your wager with the Bet More and Bet Less buttons. Switch to a different slot machine by pressing the More Games button.

How do I unlock slot machines and increase my level?

Every spin makes progress toward the next level.  The more you bet, the faster you make progress through the levels.  Each level is harder to attain than the last, but the free credits bonus you receive with each new level also increases.  New slot machines unlock at certain levels as indicated on the More Games screen.

The daily bonus calendar reset before I could get the largest bonus amount – why?

There is a limited time to collect all of the daily bonus amounts before it resets.  A message at the bottom right of the daily bonus screen tells you how many days you have remaining before the calendar resets.  Play every day to maximize your rewards! Skipping too many days will prevent you from collecting the highest amounts.

How do the progressive jackpots work?  Does anyone ever win those?

The progressive jackpots absolutely can be won, and multiple players of the game hit these jackpots every day.  Of course it is rare for any one person to win, but the top combination on any machine will trigger it, as long as you have bet at least 100 for the first-tier jackpot.  The 2nd and top-tier jackpots pay off it you hit the top combination on any machine while betting the minimum amount shown beneath the jackpot numbers.
